Deposits & Fees

Credit/Debit Card and Bank Wire Transfer deposits are completely free — we charge no fees for these methods. However, Bitcoin deposits carry a standard network fee of 0.0005 BTC, which is a blockchain processing fee, not a platform charge.
We currently accept the following deposit methods:

• Credit / Debit Card — instant processing, no fees
• Bank Wire Transfer — standard processing times apply, no fees
• Bitcoin (BTC) — credited after 6 blockchain confirmations; a standard network fee of 0.0005 BTC applies
Your funds will be automatically credited to your vault once received. You will also receive an email notification confirming that your deposit has been processed and is now available in your account. No manual action is required on your part.
Bitcoin deposits are credited to your vault after 6 blockchain confirmations. This process typically takes up to 6 hours depending on the current state of the Bitcoin network. Once confirmed, your balance will be updated automatically and you'll receive a confirmation email.

Account Management

You can update your email address and password directly from within your account. Simply log in and navigate to Account Information in your profile settings.
